Spend less time hunting for files and starting booking emails from scratch. In ninety minutes with laptops open, we work through the systems I use to organize my own tours, outreach, and direct-to-fan sales.

What we build together

  • An organized workspace for contracts, riders, stage plots, and press photos.
  • A master venue sheet to research suitable venues and track contacts and follow-ups.
  • Booking and press emails drafted from your own music, history, and materials.
  • A plan connecting your storefront, mailing list, and promotion.

You leave with a venue-sheet template, a booking and press prompt pack, a one-page workflow map, and practical work started on your own files.

Who it suits

Music conferences, festivals, arts councils, music export offices, musicians' unions, and organizations supporting working artists.

90 minutes · groups of 10–40 · in person or by video. No previous AI experience is needed. Participants bring laptops; the room needs wifi and a screen. The workshop rate is the same for either format.

Arrange your session

Email hello@thisfrontierneedsheroes.com with your organization, preferred date, group size, and format before paying. We will agree on availability, payment details, and any travel costs together.

The sliding scale starts at €250 for small nonprofits and volunteer-run organizations, with €750 suggested for funded conferences, festivals, and public bodies. Travel and lodging are quoted separately. Deposits are refunded in full if we cannot agree on a date.
